Payments & Refund Policy
Payments: We require a 50% deposit when booking your appointment which will go towards your total price for services rendered. Additional add-ons, as well as the balance due, can be paid on the day of service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a fee equal to the 50% deposit amount.
Transaction Fees:
Venmo Refund Policy: a fee of 1.9% + $0.10 cents will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with Venmo. This fee is charged by Venmo.
PayPal Refund Policy: a fee of 3.49% + $0.49 cents will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with PayPal. This fee is charged by PayPal.
Stripe Refund Policy: a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the total paid if you pay with Stripe. This fee is charged by Stripe.
Rain Checks: As we are a mobile detailing service, we cannot control the natural elements. If the weather does not permit us to perform our service on the scheduled service day and time, the service will be rescheduled to the next available date that works best for the customer. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the service needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
